Returns
We hope you love your recent purchase from the pick.online!
However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.

We are only able to offer a refund if a product is faulty - if this does occur please email us immediately an image of the fault along with your Order Number to info@thepick.online for further review.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Please note delivery costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges
​
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock. We kindly ask that you return your items in exchange for a credit note and place a new order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Credit Notes
​
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
Shipping
COVID-19 Shipping Policy
Both domestic & international orders are currently are experiencing delays due to COVID19. Australia Post is currently working with partner airlines and postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. We do recommend using the EXPRESS shipping method if you would like to avoid these longer waiting periods.
